Returns

We make great stuff, and we make every effort to get it to you in perfect condition. But, in the event you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return items, unused, in their original packaging for a full refund. If you wish to return your order to us, please open a Returns Request with us at: [email protected] - stating your name, order number and reason for returning. We'll respond to you as soon as possible.

Please Note: Under DSR (Distance Selling Regulations) you are required, throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and are to be returned and to take reasonable care of them. If you have changed your mind on an order, for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. Postage charges are only refunded when items are confirmed as faulty, or the wrong item has been shipped. We are unable to offer exchanges, but you are welcome to return for a refund and place a new order. The item(s) will need to be returned unused in their original condition and packaging, and where free gifts were included they must also be included with the returned goods.

Once we receive your package, please allow 7-10 working days for it to be checked and processed. If you are returning anything to us from outside the EU you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains 'returned goods'.
